Your pan is the same size
Enter the recipe's original springform diameter and your smaller pan's diameter into the calculator. Multiply all your ingredients (crust and filling) by the provided number. You will also need to reduce the baking time.
Our calculator assumes the batter will be poured to the same height as the original recipe. If your new pan has shallower walls, ensure you don't fill it more than two-thirds full to prevent the cheesecake from overflowing as it rises.
